Profile in active drafting. Operational details, cross-chain Tron mapping, and Solana attribution publish in May 2026 with an addendum to follow.
Busha's onchain footprint reads as a textbook CEX collection stack. Five operational wallets run the BSC side: a collection / gas-funder, a batcher (sweep aggregator), a withdrawal hot, a B2B forwarder, and a Binance offramp destination.
The five wallets
| Role | Address | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Collection / gas funder | 0xc16908… | $11.6M |
| Batcher (sweep aggregator) | 0xf7fceda4… | passthrough |
| Withdrawal hot | 0xff5df8… | passthrough |
| Binance offramp | 0x0d0707… | $28.2M (sweeps) |
| B2B forwarder + cNGN mint partner | 0xe001b1c9… | ₦66M cNGN minted |
The collection wallet funds gas for ~9,356 user deposit addresses. Sweeps aggregate through the batcher, then route to Binance — clean, single-destination settlement.
Why this profile matters
Busha is the smallest mapped venue by lifetime volume ($29.78M) but the cleanest example of how AfriFlux maps a venue. The wallet roles are crisp. The settlement is single-destination. The B2B partnership with WrappedCBDC produces a measurable cNGN mint trail.
Quidax operates at 30× the volume but with a same-key Fireblocks pattern that's harder to disentangle. Busha is the reference profile.
What's missing (for now)
Tron + Solana attribution. Busha operates on six chains per the venue page; the BSC side is fully mapped, the rest is in progress.
"Once Tron lands, Busha becomes the first venue we've mapped with full cross-chain settlement attribution — including the Tron hub finding."
Cross-chain mapping addendum publishes alongside the Tron-Binance hub investigation in May 2026.
