October was Textile's biggest month by a distance: $46.6M settled, against $19.2M in September. The protocol has grown every month since it started in June.

The naira is still the core
$27.1M, 58% of the month, was African volume, all of it cNGN. USDT/cNGN on BNB Chain carried $26.36M of that. Celo added $786K, and USDC/cNGN on Base traded $5.1K. Since June, $44.8M of Textile's $76.6M lifetime volume has been cNGN.
The trades got bigger again
The average cNGN fill was $10,433 in October, up from $5,813 in September and $619 in August. There were 2,602 African fills, up from 1,888, so both the number and the size of naira trades grew.

The rest came from one pair
IDRX/USDT on Celo, the Indonesian rupiah, settled $18.79M, 2.4x its September volume. Argentine peso (wARS) and Brazilian real (wBRL) pairs added $348K and $310K.
What this figure is, and is not
It's the notional value of filled orders on Textile: the size of trades that settled, not fees or revenue. It measures one protocol's order flow, not how much naira is onchain.
Method
Notional value of filled orders settled through Textile, aggregated by calendar month from June to October 2026. African volume means pairs with an African currency on one side; every one in the period was cNGN (USDT/cNGN on BNB Chain and Celo, USDC/cNGN on Base). Complete months only. This is settlement notional, not fees, not revenue, and not the size of the cNGN market.
