Azza last saw USDC ahead in Q4 2025. It is ahead again, at 54.2% of retail inflow volume — an 8.2 percentage-point swing in one quarter.
Q2 volumes: USDC $0.5M against USDT $0.4M.
The gap is narrow and the absolute numbers are small, so this is a lead rather than a rout. What makes it worth recording is the direction: USDT is the default rail for most retail flow we track, and the venues where it isn't are the ones worth watching.
Method
Share of retail stablecoin inflow by token at Azza, measured on verified deposit addresses and aggregated by calendar quarter through Q2 2026. Deposit-side only — excludes payouts and all off-chain activity. Share is computed on volume, not transaction count, so a shift can reflect ticket size as well as user preference.
