Eight consecutive monthly gains, then a break.
Retail volume fell to $3.0M in June, down from $3.4M in May — a month that had itself been Breet's highest on record.
This is the second streak to break in as many days, after Spenda. Two of the largest off-ramps in our coverage turning in the same month is worth noting — not as a verdict on either venue, but because it makes June a question about the category rather than about one company.
Method
Monthly retail stablecoin volume attributed to verified Breet deposit addresses, compared month on month through June 2026. The streak is measured within AfriFlux coverage only — it counts consecutive monthly increases since Breet entered our coverage, not the venue's entire trading history.
